What do your websites cost?
The short answer: Our prices depend on so many factors, it’s impossible to say in one sentence. Avoid any web developer who can answer this question without a long talk.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes it will. All the websites we design work on all devices.
Will I have a say in the graphic design process?
Absolutely. If there are other sites with a design style that you would like to emulate, we can do that. If you have a logo or brand collateral that you’d like us to work around, that’s no problem.
Does Optimized provide copywriting services? How about photography?
Yes. If your project calls for copywriting, photography, original illustration, video, or other creative service, just let us know.
How does the payment process work?
The project starts with a 50% deposit. Once we have completed and fulfilled our scope, the final 50% is collected and your website is then scheduled for launch.
How long does it take to build a website?
Our standard websites take approximately 30 days to create. Our E-commerce (online store) websites take approximately 60 days to create. This time will vary from project to project.
Can you help me update my existing website that another web firm built?
Yes, if they are developed using Joomla or WordPress.
Can you help me source photos for my website?
Do I own my website?
YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website.
Where is my website hosted?
The company we use for web hosting is a data center called www.inmotionhosting.com. We are housed in the West Coast Data Center on our own dedicated servers.
